Ok guys, so tonights dinner topped the cake. Well... Not the cake, since we cant have cake... But you catch my drift. It rocked! Not sure what to call it to make it sound cool. Maybe yall can help me name it! Basically it was skillet seared and braised sirloin with garlic, onions & peppers put on homemade cauliflower tortillas (yes, you read that right) topped with chopped baby spinach, heirloom tomatoes, avocado, spicy guacamole, salsa and a splash of lime. OHMYWORD. So full of flavor! So good. Cauliflower tortilla recipe and sirloin recipe in comments. Thank you to my Nicole who found the cauliflower tortilla recipe and made those!! :)
