Ok here is one for my mates on fb that are not tech savvy!!! When you see these Comps Even free pictures etc they are not free most of the time ! You think wtf ??? I havent paid Or joined anything ?? But in reality you have ! When you download a picture it isnt really just a pic all the time Remember the saying as we were brought up that a picture is a thousand words ??? In the land of data sharing this is even more True ? One of the names given is cloud farming they collect your info each time you download except or even like something you are sending and allowing information programs etc ,now yes we are all aware of intrusive type aggressive virus type programs but also now these companies yes even google ??? Etc are mining and storing everything you write post share like !!! This is the cloud then they sell your profiles to companies release to government and criminals are also using the same trick/tech/apps so remember on the net nothing is really free if you are not on a secure sight that you pay for and!!! Has a strong privacy legally binding agreement then your info is everywhere your private photos messages to friends that had maybe your phone and address bank detail emails they are all being passively mind and by you !!! Going to sights apps sharing their funny pictures you have opened a connection to there Harvesting programs that mine the data and troll for information that allows entry to your most private and secure information ,lolz just think of all the info you have uploaded &downloaded just on facebook
