Ok here it is. Back in October I declared that I would be down an additional 5% body fat by today, January 1st 2015 and getting back on track after a couple months hiatus of personal issues wherein I wasnt eating how I shouldve been, didnt hit the gym everyday and intermittently showed up to fit camps. Im human I fall short, wasnt my plan to, but it happened and I worked my butt off (not literally it actually got bigger along with my legs) to fix what I had done. No excuse, I didnt do what I was suppose to do and I got what I got as a result of it. This time around I decided to lean out a bit, tone and work on abs.
