Ok, heres a moral test---suppose you purchase a pair of jeans at K Mart, bring them home and throw them in the dryer for a few minutes and a package of 3 earrings (that you did not purchase) falls out. The price tag is clearance marked $1.99. Add into the equation your daughter deciding they are now hers. Do you 1. Let her have the earrings. 2. Take them back to the store even though they were only worth $1.99. OR 3. Laugh it off as no big deal.
