Ok, its time to make some changes. I need to lose weight and get back in shape so I need prayers and support. I started power walking again this morning. Now that Im part-time again and have a set schedule, time is no longer an issue. I no longer have a track within walking distance but the tennis court beside the dog park is working out nicely. The girls and I walked over this morning and after I got them settled at the dog park I walked over to the tennis court and turned up the tunes. I walked for an hour, with short stints of power walking. The longer I do this the more I will be able to do after time. I will lose weight, tone muscle and regain flexibility all at the same time. My goal is to get up to do this Monday-Friday. My feet are still an issue though. The years of working full time on my feet on concrete floors have done some serious damage and I still have a lot of pain in my feet. Im trying to get going with this despite the pain and hope that the longer I am part-time the more my feet will heal and feel better. So, prayers, support and encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
