Ok just now posting, but this is my new... tried and true... real food... green bean casserole for Thanksgiving lunch. This is a fresh and tasty alternative for the traditional. I used green beans from GROW Local South TX ~ Learning Garden @ Tom Graham Park and also from Terra Madre Mini Farm And in all honesty Joe Hilliard cooked it; this year I just managed ;) We dont really change much to this recipe. Season to taste is all.
