Ok look. WHITE AMERICA; I get that the majority of yall probably arent racist or at least dont consider yourself, but this is what you HAVE to understand about the repercussions of slavery. When you took those African people and brought them here you stripped them of everything they knew! You took away their original language, their families, and their entire culture and the replaced it with a much much MUCH more dumbed down version of your own. So much so that black Americans dont even identify themselves as Africans anymore but as BLACKS the name you gave us. Take for example the Mexican and Indian immigrants. They come here w/ all their heritage in tact and are able to unite w/ each other and tackle the American dream. We as Africans help BUILD this country yet the majority of our people are still in the ghettos. Why? Because we were separated from our whole culture and coerced into accepting this one, therefore when theres a struggle what doctrines to do we remember? What memories to we cling to? What culture do we rely on? Yours. So before you want to take about the ignorance, poverty, or plight of black America you need to trace back to the sources.
