Lets clear Some stuffs about Sikhism that people questions. The money we pour in the golak is helped to make community kitchen in which a person regardless of caste, creed, race, colour or gender are served food for free. Similarly like we touch feet of our elders or teachers just because we grab knowledge from them. That is out of respect. We wear turban so that we could be recognised easily from millions. We wear kirpan (dagger) so that it can be used when there is ill action going on against weak by ignorant fools. We do not believe in any god man. We in true god that is defined in the famous mool mantra. Ek onkaar (there is only one doer), satnaam (his name and himself is true), karta purakh (everything is done by him) , nirbhao (fearless) , nirvair (he has no grudges with anyone, and is fair to all), akaal moorat (timeless structure: his structure cannot be defined, at the same instance, he do not bebelong to time, time belonges to him. Many people misinterprete that this mool mantar also resembles some humanely figures but the fact is they misinterprete this mool mantar and think that godman are actually God.) , ajuni (he does not belong the death or birth concept), saibhang (he is self created), gur prasad (by the true teacher only we are enlightened). We are neither hindu Nor muslim We are a separate religion, and a Sikh means a disciple, a learner. We learn till our last breath. 3 basic principles of Sikhism is Kirat karna (do good deeds only) Vand chakna (share things like food, water, with others as well.) Naam japna (praise the true name) Guru nanak dev ji till guru gobind singh ji, all the 10 gurus are not our god, they are our guru (persian word guru that mean, the one who bring you to the enlightened path.
