Ok mamas, who didnt get breakfast in bed this morning? Who didnt get flowers or chocolate covered strawberries or a glue covered macaroni art? Who is highly disappointed that its just an ordinary day in your house instead of the special day you imagined? The special day you deserve darn it!!!!! AND who has their panties in a wad over it? Youre not alone mama. Im certain there are others whove looked in the mirror this morning with sad eyes. Come in close and lets make a pact. A pact to just be happy today anyway. Lets remember that sometimes our hubbys and kids lack creativity. Theyre a little lost in all of this. Dont punish them with a cold shoulder and pouting. Help them. Say the following words, Come give mama a little extra loving today. Pack yourself a picnic and tell them this is what you want today. Ask them to pick flowers for you. Start the games you want to play. Resist the urge to pout. Resist the urge to vent. See their hearts. Then create your fun day. Happy Mothers Day.
