Ok moms out there who are nursing/have nursed babies...is there a cough medicine out there that I can take that just helps a cough/sore throat, but wont be harmful to Austin or effect my milk supply? Im super cautious to take anything because I dont want to cause issues for him and I cant afford to have my supply lessen. I dont have any other symptoms, just sore throat and cough. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks!
