Ok my blood sugar has been acting crazy up down no norm so this morning I am trying something I have to take 1 pill 30 mins before I eat which I hadnt been taking maybe my problem anyway took it 30 mins later I ate fruit an took my 5 other pills an I got me some of these bars called extend at Walgreens.
