Ok, my friends that are natural health advocates.... every year I end up with Bronchitis. I start with a cold and it gets worse from there. I woke up with a cold last Saturday.... over the last week I have been up and down... but today I had to travel for work, and my throat, ears and sinuses are worse.... so tell me, aside from the antibiotics that I end up on this time every year.... what would you suggest? Anything would be super helpful. I am taking Zync, Vitamin D and C and using Eucalyptus essential oils to help me breathe ( which is helping sometime) a neti pot and Saline nasal spray.... but what will make the infection go away?
