Ok not sure how to get my point across on the magnitude of this - TopicsExpress

Ok not sure how to get my point across on the magnitude of this but Im going to try. Writing is not my strong point, as Im sure youve noticed with all the misspellings and run on sentences in past posts. Ive never claimed to have the ability to write. :) As you read, just focus on the point and dont get distracted while decoding the message. lol This post is addressed to top earners in Network Marketing more than the new distributor, but newbies take note because when you become a top earner (and you will) you will be able to understand what Im trying to say. So many in this industry are fickle (is that the right word?) they never develop into the leader they need to be for their team, they fly by the seat of their pants and really never treat their business like a business. They see this opportunity as a way to make fast money, then on the sly bounce to other company thinking they can do the same and bring their downline with them. What?! Have you been living a lie this entire time? What must your downline think of you? What must your sideline think. All those friends you made and spent years with. Was it all a lie? Who are you? These type people are ungrateful, greedy, do not care about the people on thier team (although they sure acted like it when they were Pushing them) and were never the friend you thought they were. Words are cheap. Im not saying all who change companies are bad. People change. People get bored. People want to feel apart of something. Companies change. I get all that. You need to partner with a company you believe in and who believes in you. For Sure. However, those that are the flip floppers (because those are the people I am talking about) you guys totally should have figured out that you didnt belong or didnt have the heart for it way before you ended up in a leadership position collecting $10,000 plus a month. My God are you looking at what you are making? Open our eyes! Why in Gods name would you jeopardize that by slipping in the backdoor of another company trying to keep it on the low and not get caught? It baffles my every fiber that this is considered and acted upon by many. Hey, I can understand becoming numb to these large numbers, we call a paycheck, that get loaded into our bank account but you cannot forget those numbers are real. Dont look at them as numbers. Each month You see the number on payday so you load the number into your bank account. You take a bit of that number and pay a bill, the number on that bill goes down, you take a bit of the number again and buy things etc....numbers is all they seem to be to us (such as life in a cashless world) and we tend to become oblivious to the reality of what and how much money we are REALLY making. (Is my best guess-lunitic would be the other guess) What if on payday the CEO would come to your house and pay you in $100 bills. You and him. Sitting at the kitchen table, as he counts your check out to you one by one. One Hundred, Two Hundred, Three Hundred, Four Hundred, Five Hundred...all the way to $10,000 or $20,000 or more...my heavens it would take 30 minutes, easy and I bet, you couldnt hold back the tears. I bet you would be thanking Jesus on your knees (while CEO man was still counting) for the blessing that he bestowed upon you. You would be so overwhelmed with gratitude your heart would explode
