Ok peeps cant hold it in no more......been guys today and the news is i dont need no more help .....im eating solid foods im drinking the only drawback to that is i have to swallow everything with my head turned to my right and may have to for a very very long time , but at least im now eating and drinking....my stoma is almost completly closed i no longer have to go to my doctors to see the district nurse to have my dressing changed everyday i can now do that on my own....and on 5th dec i go in to have my rig removed so no more feeding through the stomach i have been taken off my rig feed permanently cut down on my protien drinks to 2.per day working to zilch within the next couple of weeks ........now heres the really good news ......speech therapist discharged, physios, discharged chant team, discharged dietician after dec 5th discharged .....will only need to go back to guys for check ups to make sure aok in other words folks im BETTER and i want to thank each and everyone of you for your cards and moral support you all gave me it has been very much appreciated and next year when ive been over this for a year im gonna throw a massive party to celebrate and anyone who wants to come will be more than welcome thanks everyone x
