Ok question for anyone with a GOOD knowledge of driveshafts and suspension travel. My front drive shaft is too long, and at a bad angle, I had it compressed the whole way just so I could use 4x4 if it was needed and I snapped ujoints and the knuckle, I know I need to shorten the drive shaft, what do you measure on the truck to ensure after the cuts are made and the shaft is welded back together you have maximum compression and extension from the front shaft during articulation? No smart ass comments please and thanks
