Ok selling my house in Ellerslie Ga. In Deer Run subdivision I had it appraised one and have years ago before the lake was fixed that wraps around the property. It appraised then at 159,000.00 but I was told by the appraiser at the time that if the lake was fixed then it would increase at least 10,000.00 plus I have did tons of improvements on the house since then also lot of landscaping placed large stones in yard made walk way by the lake reworked floors painted outside and inside the house . I ve been told market now its going to bring 159k in that range but thats for a home with out a huge back deck and no lake and not in nice subdivision its for a cookie cutter home . I am asking 172,000.00 the your not going to find a home this nice on a lake in one of the best subdivision in Harris county 80% brick double garage 3 large bed rooms extra large open living room master bed room has large walk in closet two full bathrooms plus has basement storage and a extra storage room inside the garage one 1 ache lot
