Ok, so I cooked. Last night I made chicken/potato/parmesian cassarole with a roasted garlic parmesian sauce. Tonight John grilled pork chops. I made asparagus with bernaise sauce, fried potatoes with garlic, and sliced avocados. Darn I am getting to be a regular chef. Guess I better enter the Chopped challenge on the Food Channel!!! I have to work on the spelling of all the ingredients though!!!
