Ok so I dated this life coach who felt he has these psychic abilities to advise his clients on how to create positive change in their lives, which was very successful and he feels that its almost godly in fact he describes what he does as using gods consciousness, and he would try to indoctrinate me into his belief system by sending all these videos hes watched to do his research for as long as a decade. some of it made sense, some of it made...well, nonsense. ironically, my quirky side ended up allowing me to be pretty compatible with his quirks. for 5 months we were great with a lil rockiness everytime i brought up my ex who happens to be the father of my daughter. he would freak out over how long wed speak, and just anything i mentioned about him, and would demand i tell him when we spoke but then blew up on me everytime i did. i started to dread telling him, but if i kept anything from him, even a missed call, he would yell at me and threaten to break up. i think we broke up once a week over that because thats how often my ex called. so my bf would sulk and dwell on negative thoughts when i was away from him and then wed be okay when we were in person. i was super open and honest about every guy in my life, and he would still nitpick everything i said about them to catch me in a lie and prove i had feelings for them. it got pretty ridiculous. then we had 3 weeks of awesomeness, nothing went wrong, until he started searching through my fb msgs while he was supposedly putting it on the charger and found something someone said 3 weeks earlier, and went through it again to show me how the guy was flirting, even though the timestamps were 2 YEARS ago and i never even responded to them lol now he wants absolutely nothing to do with me and wont even talk to me because he thinks there are other guys. i think he creates problems in his mind because he cant handle commitment, or maybe hes a narc too??? is this common with narcs?
