Ok so I need some help here ... My son was in the yard at his dads playing the other day like normal. They were inside its a great neighborhood so they have never worried about it. He came in screaming as two dogs had entered the yard and ate my sons dog!! He is five and to literately see his dog being torn into pieces by another dog was horrific!! Animal control was called and they cant do anything bc the dog didnt bite a person !! So I have to wait for this dog to get out of his yard again to bite my kids before something will be done!! Hell no!! The neighbor that owns this dog will NOT put his dog to sleep!! After all this happened we also found out this dog has already bitten an 8 year old girl and killed their cat!! The guys name is CHRIS TRAVIS!! He said that he isnt doing anything until the law makes him, and that doesnt work for me!! Please help me share, give opinions on what we should do to get this dog outta here ?! Thanks
