Ok so I posted earlier about a shredded Mexican chicken recipe and I finally found one that is possibly the easiest recipe ever!!!!!! (Ill post finished photos up tonight) 5 medium sized skinless chicken breast fillets 1 jar (453gms) of Mexican salsa 1 packet of burrito or taco seasoning Cut breast fillets into half and place them in a single layer on the bottom on your slow cooker, cover the fillets with the taco seasoning and then cover with the salsa. Lift each half up so the salsa can get under each piece of chicken. Pop the lid on and cool for roughly 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 on low. Once chicken in cooked and nice and tender use 2 forks to shred it, you can then mix through as much as the sauce you like or even use some left over sauce as a dip with nachos. Easy, simple and DELICIOUS. Enjoy :)
