Ok so I request EVERYONE to weigh in on this topic and give me your opinions. Featured on the news today: Wood Creek apartments is requiring ALL of their pet owners to bring in their dogs for doggy DNA. Reason being is that residents are not cleaning up after their pets. So POO Prints will be taking DNA samples from each dog and then employees will go around and upon finding dog poo (not cleaned up) they will take a sample and it shall be sent in for DNA testing. The fine will be $100 for the violation and $95 for the cost of testing. Some feel that this is a violation of their rights and others welcome this extreme measure because they are unable to enjoy leisurely walks with out the possibility of stepping in a pile of dog poo. So weigh in and give me your opinions. Good idea or violation of rights????
