Ok so I want to share the project that I took on the past 2 weeks. We redid the floors ourselves.. in the kitchen I had vinyl flooring, it was replaced with laminate wood .. and my living room and hallway we had carpet, that was removed and I stained the concrete.. I used valspar stain (midnight blue and bonfire with silver glitter for granite sparkle) and It was sealed with a high gloss sealer by valspar. If anyone decides to do this let me know and I can give you tips.. my husband and Elena removed the carpet but I did the rest.. I wanted the stain to be my creation.. I had lots of fun doing this and already I can tell my allergies are taking a break!!
