Ok so I work at a gas station with some very unruly characters that come and go. We have a homeless man that hangs out at the store. He, unlike everyone else that hangs around the store asking for money, doesnt hardly say a word and minds his own business. The man carrys around a large gym bag that has all of his keep sakes. Well two nights ago someone took the mans bag. The bag had nothing of value to anyone else but the owner. Idk why this has pissed me off because if it was any other homeless person that comes to the store regularly I wouldnt have thought twice. It might be because hes not a stumbling drunk or drug addict looking for the next fix. I asked him if he had found his bag and he immediately became glassy eyed. He said no in his very loud Nigerian accent. So I handed him an old gym bag I hadnt used in long while and them he began to cry. Then he started to express how important the contents of his old bag was to him. I just wish I couldve found the bag for him.
