Ok so Im 52 and 133lbs which is good for most, but I am not toned which makes me feel unhealthy. So Im starting this 21 Day fix program. Its all about healthy foods and portions. Im already hitting the gym every other day, so Im cool in that area. I will be doing the workout DVDs with my overweight son in addition to my regular workouts. They say you can break any habit in 21 days, so we shall see! I may even be bold enough to post my before pictures that I plan on taking today!
