Ok, so Im in a bit of a quandary: I never do Events Photography. Its not my thing at all. I only do it as a favour to friends, and even then very occasionally. But heres the thing..........Tone is Treasurer of our Village Community Association, which is very large, with a huge membership. He has volunteered me to take the images for their calendar, which they want to produce for 2016, and sell. So the images have to be attractive to the membership. I know what Im gonna do, re.the images Im going to shoot for each month, but Im not sure how arty I should go. In other words, should I take a couple of lenses or just my 24-104? Its gonna be mainly rooms of people, or groups of people, as they want it to be a members based calendar, cos they want to sell it. There wont be a call for shooting individuals, so the long lens needed for that, for the out of focus background will be redundant. I shall be using a tripod whilst shooting indoors. Have you guys got any advice for me? Shall I just stick with the one lens? All advice, tips etc gratefully received!! Over to you..................
