Ok, so Preacher has been my pick of the five Holy Men of Ivyglenn - TopicsExpress

Ok, so Preacher has been my pick of the five Holy Men of Ivyglenn since day one...having come back as only low risk NCL, all other tests were clears. I offered him to a pet home, they placed a deposit then backed out due to family crisis. I was SO uneasy about eliminating this incredible boy for the greatness about him, but felt stupidly pressured by this low risk ncl gene. Its harmless bred correctly, most of my puppies go to pet homes anyway so bred to a clear girl, I would have nice show puppies that were quad clears. It kind of hit me like a rock today when he was out playing...this one sentence in the Illustrated Guide kept coming into my mind...so much so that I surprisingly was able to quote it verbatim minus one missed word!!! This 13 week old puppy fits right in to the Guide. The photos show this following description well. The body is WELL RIBBED up and never cloddy or coarse. The rib cage is not too wide across the chest and narrows slightly to permit the forelegs to work free at the sides. Loin---Slightly arched. He just read from the Holy Book of the TT Illustrated Guide and I can NOT eliminate this. Its what all my hard work is for, so we take these low risk genes, we work thru and around them but I wont discard something SO fantastic because of one small bump in the genetic map. Ivyglenns Holy Holy Holy is on his way to being a big star...that I know. :)
