Ok so after the great feedback I got from the pre-exhaust upper - TopicsExpress

Ok so after the great feedback I got from the pre-exhaust upper chest video I did the other day I thought Id throw out a great pre-exhaust delt combo for you to try! The main problem with most shoulder pressing exercises is that they use mainly front delt with the sides and rears barely getting touched. So here in the video Ill show you a way to get much more side and a rear delt activation out of your presses than normal. If you do a good solid set of dumbbell side raises first for 10-12 reps before going straight into dead stop standing presses on smith machine. With each rep start from a dead stop, so your getting no momentum, go all the way to the top just a fraction short of locking out and as you press, move yourself forward so your head is under the bar as you press it through the top range. I did this right at the end of my shoulder workout which went as follows - . Single arm side raises with cable behid your back - 4 sets 12-15 reps last set drop set rear-delt exercise laying front ways on a bench with dumbbells superset with barbell wide grip upright rows - 3 sets 10 reps on each Single arm rear delts standing done on cables - 3 sets 12-15 reps last set drop set. Then 3 sets of the superset shown in the video I followed this up with a tricep workout, all in all the whole session took around 45 minutes. Very short and very intense!! Just like me!!! :)
