Ok so. . .as an Artist and Musician . . who is a fan of certain ways of a progressing music industry and technological advances . . Ive always wanted to try a Crowd Funded or Kickstarter type project in a smaller fashion to where we werent asking people to donate 50 or 75K to make a record (Which is fine for some bands who need that) . . and obviously Shinedown cant do something like that being on a major label. . . So after lots of Heavy thought back and forth on this and just dealing with the of course notion that ill get a lot of F*** you asshole youre rich why do you need to do this . . Which is absurd in all areas Ive decided that for the new solo acoustic record (Allen Mack Myers & Moore) I would like to do something like it. . .and honestly mostly just for the perks that YOU guys . . the fans get. . . As per Ive always wanted to do a Vinyl as well of these acoustic records. . . So were going to set up a Pledge Music account where you can pre-order the almost finished record And a lot of other goodies. . . Such as . . Recorded videos of songs from the records. . .a chance to win an ACOUSTIC guitar or 2 actually used on the record. . Limited edition Vinyl. . Exclusive guitar picks. . .and a ton of other stuff. . . Ive dug into Pledge Music and i really dig the vibe of it basically being a pre order with perks on the side if you so wish to choose to do . . . Im excited for you guys to hear this new AMMM record as per it is leaps and bounds beyond what the idea behind Shuffle was. . . its truly some of my favorite song writing i have ever done. . .
