Ok, so, as of late, there has been a virus going around through steam chats. You see, it looks like a link that one of your friends has sent. What ever you do, dont click it. Now, if you do, steam will say that it comes from an untrusted source. If you decide to ignore this final warning, it will download onto your computer WITHOUT your permission. If this does happen, find the file (its usually in the downloads file) and delete it whilst also doing a full system scan. Also, a good way to find out whether you got to it properly is to ask your friends from steam if you sent a link, as it sends to all of the people on your steam friends list
