Ok so here goes.. I am going to have to go back down to a family daycare, more is not better. I renew Nov 1st so I have to call and tell them not to renew a group just a family. I actually loose money doing the group unless I do it illegally which I dont want to do. I will need you if your still willing every Tuesday all day and Wed just morning. Then come Nov. 1 I will be hopefully at a family daycare status and wont need an assistant. By the time I am paying you and linsey and gas and running for preschool and food and trying to only have 12 here I am in the hole by over $1200 an month. I didnt see that much but on paper it shows and makes sense. I have only paid into the state for the last 30 days for you so I do not qualify to pay out unemployment and I am not actually firing you just downsizing by business. I hope your not mad I have to do what is best. I heard from the nanny cam and Linsey, you have a new job that pays more anyways so maybe its for the best and you can persue a better career there. You should look into opening your own family daycare, your great with the kids. I just want to get everything here paid off in the next 10 years so I can save up for retirement and such. I really thought a group license would pay off but by what the business planner observed at other group daycares is that they are cheating the system to make money or they have no overhead because of their situations. Well I have overhead this area is not by any means high income so I cant charge like the bigger cities. I have to say I wont miss the bigger daycare, I am getting to old for that many in the house anyways and my nerves are shot! LOL Now to pick which 6 will be the hard part. :-( I love all of them . I will have to continue my night and weekend kids for at least the next 2 years to catch up so that will suck too. Oh well gotta do what I gotta do.
