Ok so here is my Pumpkin Spice Bread Pudding Recipe. 10 Slices Pepperidge Farm Pumpkin Spice Bread cut into cubes 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup water 1 tsp vanilla 4 eggs, beaten 5 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1. Spray Everyday RockCrok with Kitchen Spritzer. 2. Cut bread into cubes using Color Coated Bread Knife and place in Everyday RockCrok 3. In Classic Batter bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, water, and sweetened condensed milk until well blended 4. Pour contents of Batter Bowl over bread cubed then mix with Small Mix N Scraper 5. Microwave on HIGH covered for 8 minutes or until center reaches 155 degrees measured by Pocket Thermometer, Remove Cake from microwave 6. Meanwhile pre-heat broiler 7. In Silicon Prep Bowl, melt 5 tbsp of butter in microwave 8. Mix 1/2 cup packed brown sugar and nuts into butter. Microwave 1 minute or until blended and pourable. 9. Pour mixture of top of cake and spread with Small Spreader to cover top of cake 10. Broil for 1-2 minutes until bubbly 11. Remove from Oven and let sit 5 minutes. Serve warm!
