Ok so here is the “plan” – I am “organizing” my own 10k Run/Walk/Crawl for World MSA Day on October 3, 2013. MSA stands for Multiple System Atrophy. It’s like Parkinson’s Disease - but currently there is no cure. My mom has MSA. You can read more about it here: tinyurl/lws52dj I am planning to start in Rancho Penasquitos (92129) and Run/Walk for 5k, turn around and Walk/Crawl 5k back to my couch. Everyone who knows me – KNOWS how lazy I am on any given day, so this will be a big deal for me. *grin* If you would like to join me on this “stroll” - let me know and I’ll buy matching t-shirts and extra beers. The money I raise will be sent to the MSA Coalition to help fund additional MSA research to find a cure. So I’m asking for your donation for my mom.
