Ok so it took me a week to really read this book, I visualized each scenario in my head as if I was there, then it hit me...I was! Overcome with emotions and the realization that I too was victim of a toxic and abusive relationship. This book couldnt have come as a better time. The message I received is to love myself first, stop lying to myself, and its ok to admit you made a mistake. Thank you Kelly sincerely for writing this guide to elevation. Im in the healing process of a decade of internal self hate, just know-you changed atleast one persons life with your book.
