Ok so the label isnt where the tricking is going on--its the marketing by Subway. The implication that Heart & Stroke & the First Ladys endorsement means everything on the menu is clean and truly healthful is deceptive. E.g.: Fritos are loaded with crap not to mention so salty it makes your throat hurt, but baked organic corn chips are the healthy alternative. We know that Subway isnt perfect--its always buyer beware - read the labels and know to avoid a food if there are many ingredients most of which arent easy to pronounce.
