Ok so this morning I had to take my 85 yr old aunt to the Drs at Kotara Family Practice on Searl St off Park Ave. Not a car park in sight but out the front of Cellarbrations bottle shop. They had signs about saying we will tow your car for parking in our spaces. But where I parked was no sign anyways, I helped my aunt out locked the car and left Olivia in it (whoops) I get in the Drs and asked has anybody ever been towed for parking out the front of the bottle shop they said no not that they are aware of so I started filling out paper work then Olivia comes in saying they are coming to tow the car away... Liv said to start with he stood in the doorway of the shop snarling at her then pretended to text on his phone she said he looked so fake doing it.lol The look she gave him with the really to go with it made him come out to the car he then tries to open the car door.She told him dont touch my car... (she was so glad I locked her in) He was yelling Get out the car go & get your mother to move the car before I tow it away because you are taking away business cause my customers cant park & waving his phone at her. She goes No need to yell I can hear you and its 10 oclock in the morning your a bottle shop & Im not taking anything from you. He walked away ranting on his phone so she got out and come in to me in a panic for me to move the car asap. He was so rude & seriously he doesnt own the car park so if you are ever over that way do yourselves a favor avoid Cellarbrations one can only imagine what his costomer service skills are like
