Ok so what does everyone think about this? Justin and I were out scrapping we went to walgreens and a blacked out charger drove passed us as we were parked we leave walgreens he follows us we pull in to cvs park there get out of the car and he comes fast around the corner and puts his lights on gets out of his car tells us to step back..justin asked why we got pulled over and he said because the license plate was bent asked us to step by his vechile made justin put his hands on the car and spread his legs and body searched h then made him sit in the back of the cop car then asked me to empty my pockets and I had some money in one asked how much I had and made me count how much in front of them then made me sit in the back of the cop car then took our phones then got in ran our names,then asked to search the vechile and justin said what if I said no then he said then I will get a way to do justin said go ahead and search it do he did came back handed us our phones and said have a good night Im sure ill see you around...like wtf?!?!? Is that wrong or is it just me? So I called the jail and just had a 20 min convo with the head sheriff talking about my rights and the law.. Now should I file a complaint or wait to see if he pulls us over again soon and file it then and get him for harassment and file a complaint?
