Ok, so yesterday evening went to the mailbox and got my mail. I had my JEA (electric) Bill in there. I open it to find that its $440.90. I have a past due amount of $121.26 (the way my pay period is set up I always pay it after the due date) and a current charge of $319.64. Wtf??!!!!! There aint no way in the HELL I used $320 worth of electricity in one month (my bill was never $320 when I lived in a private house with three other people, a washer/dryerand the water bill combined) . I go to the second page of the bill for the breakdown and this is what I find......Electric charges $91.82 ok Im cool with this...sounds about right. Then I read OTHER ACTIVITIES..... late pymnt charge $1.82 and residential deposit $212.00. What the F*** is a residential deposit? Ive been here for 5 month what kind of deposit am I paying five months in. Guess Ill be taking a trip downtown on Monday cause aint nobody got time for this. I want to look the representative in the eye as they try to explain this iish. #HEATED!!! Oh and I forgot to add that theres still $14 unaccounted for. These folks got me all the way F***ed up!!!!!!
