Ok somebody sort this out for me... I have personal sick leave hours.. I have a child who has an abscess on his knee that needs to be drained.. I ask to leave an hour early so I can get him to the doctor and well I am basically told it leaves the office without a nurse for an hour mind u there are no patients this afternoon so there will only be calls and I cant take him because of this reason...Isnt it my bossess place to figure out what to do for that hour? Why Why is always a battle for me?? Oh yeah I know I speak up... So who suffers my child... One thing I know is you will reap what you sow....
