Ok usually I dont do this but I will hold my tongue no longer. Disrespectful is the last thing I am!!! A little outspoken at times yes but far from disrespectful!!! I am very grateful for EVERYTHING my mother has done for me and i do know just how good I have it BC she has helped me in ways that I have never seen other mothers do for their children. No one on the outside has to tell me that! This I am already aware of! But at the same time BC of the things that my mother does for me it is no problem to do things for her to help out. I have done more things than the average person can imagine and may often times not even be strong enough to handle. Which include holding it together and staying strong for my family when my mothers health took a turn for the worst just over a year ago! That was ME! CHRISTA!!!! But even though I would do ANYTHING for my mother sometimes I have to step back and say no. BC just like I am a tad bit spoiled, so is she BC regardless of what she may tell her friends she knows that I would give her the sun moon and stars if I could. SO last night when she asked me to make Kimanis 16yr old 64 200+lb behind some eggs and frozen waffles, you bet I said NO! But understand this, it was not to be disrespectful but I knew that he could make it himself. Growing up my mother taught me everything I needed to know to go out into the real world and take care of myself and had she not taught me that Id be a little jacked up in this world. So why on Gods green earth would I do for Kimani what he could do for himself?! Why spoil him? How will he know how to survive?! And when I asked those questions I was asked why I even cared. Good question... Why should I care if Kimani can fend for himself and live and survive on his own if no one else does. If every one is just going to do for him and let him sit back and watch. Well to everyone that thinks Im disrespectful and that I should just do it (like life is just a Nike commercial or something), YOU GO MAKE THE DAMN EGGS!!!! Now that was disrespectful :-) Have a pleasant day!!!
