In Springfield.....waiting to pick up a friend who was SUPPOSED to be here at 1040 this morning...and NOW..has not only been bumped from the first flight bc it was overbooked...but THEN was re routed to Chicago.......from TX...just to come to AR. And while the second flight was supposed to be here at 640pm...I just heard they still havent boarded in Chicago bc they cant find their flight crew!!! So YAAAAY US AIRWAYS for winning the U SUCK A#@ award!! Give those folks a refund your unprofessionalism. They work hard for that overpriced ticket!!! #longwaitinchicago and #longHOTwaitinspringfield...and both of us starving!!!!!! Oh....and did I mention YOU SUCK!!!??
