Ok, youve seen the movie Rocky, right? And you obviously know Sylvester Stallone. But do you know that Stallone had to face rejection in his childhood and in search of appreciation ended up a homeless beggar. You have noticed his wierd voice and unique facial expression, this is all because he was born paralyzed on the lower left part of his face. Growing up, Sylvester was always rejected and made a butt of jokes because of his paralysis. He had the desire of becoming an actor, so he ran away from his small town home to New York with his best friend(a dog). Starving and broke he had to sleep at a bus terminus for weeks, he eventually sold his beloved dog to a drunkard at a bar for just $25, just so he could eat. Then one friday night while watching a Muhamad Ali fight from the same bar, he got an idea for a film production. He worked on its script barely sleeping the entire weeked. In three days Rocky had been written! Fortunately he found producers. They offered Stallone $125 000 for the script. He turned them down because he wanted to be the actor. He had the dream of becoming an actor, he wanted his paralyzed face and ugly voice to be appreciated, as an ACTOR. Three weeks later, he was starving to death for sure now, indlala fo sho! The producers offered him $325 000 for the script but he still said no! He just wouldnt trade his dream for any amount. They eventually let him act on the movie but only paid him $35 000. Out of that he ran down to that bar where he had sold his dog to find the drunkard he sold the dog to, he had to pay $15 000 to buy back the dog he had sold for just $25. He had to get his best friend back LOL.
