Okay. A realtor REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, wanted to show our house today.. He couldnt wait til the afternoon when it was suppose to be sunny and warmer.. And he wanted to show it at 9 AM.. And he told our realtor that time was critical.. Im not a morning person but figured WTH, I can do 9 AM.. Our subdivision roads were still ice covered snow when we ventured out.. We figured wed park down the street, cause how long can a showing last? The Realtor and his clients showed up about 10 minutes apart, just a little before 9. We sat and waited and waited and waited.. and then we waited some more.. MaMA had her book and I had Candy Crush Saga and WWF to occupy my time.. Eventually we headed for the main drag cause Mother Nature was calling.. We were pleased to find the main drag has been plowed since yesterday and was fairly clear, and we headed for the nearest clean gas station.. and then back and waited some more.. and we waited and waited.. Long story short, the realtor and his clients occupied our humble home for 2.3 hours.. A cursory search finds all valuables still in place, and even our realtor said she found the amount of time they spent here a little strange.. So, I guess they have thoroughly scoured the house and we should be expecting an offer.. ???
