Okay FBook works yesterday I posted about going off the grid. Would really like to do it but dont know exactly how...I rely so much on technology for work with email, text, phone calls via my cell phone and even private messAging through Facebook with teachers, parents, coaches, administrators and family. I seriously want to figure out how to do this so I can dedicate more time to myself and my family. It is absolutely ludicrous the amount of time I spend in technology. Not whining just want some ideas of ways to accomplish without freaking people out if I dont respond immediately.
