Okay Facebook land, Twin Cities food lovers, I am looking for an out-of-norm, unusual place to eat dinner for my birthday. Not too high brow, something unique, where I can really grub, thats got local roots and a fun atmosphere. A hidden secret in an unusual neighborhood with hearty plates, great atmosphere ... No downtowns, No Travails, No 112s or Bar LaGrassas, no Eat Street or North Loop something NEW (to me). What ya got out there friends? Waiter service, not counter. There has to be something I havent tried!!! I hate Indian food (well, hate is a strong word, just find it boring). Not looking for an Ethnic experience per se, but open to idea.
