Okay, Facebook poll time! You take your 3 year old to the salon, the stylist is in such a hurry that she nicks both of your kids ears and as you watch her you realize youre gonna have to spend a lot of time later finding all those stray hairs shes so obviously missing. Do you... A) Tip her regardless because you know thats how she makes her money. B) Tip her a little because even though youre not satisfied you dont want to be rude. C) Dont tip her but act as if youre happy with the haircut and you must have simply forgotten. D) Dont tip her and while youre at it tell her exactly why youre not going to tip her (ie poor quality & ear nicks.) E) Dont tip her, give her a piece of your mind, tell her what you think of her as a stylist, and while youre at it refuse to pay at all. This is not a hypothetical I lived this scenario today and Im curious how my Facebook family would have reacted in my place.
