Okay, History Detectives and Classic Movie Fans, here are three photos that my grandfather Clyde took when he was riding the rails back in 1922 and made a stop in LA. The first one is labeled Universal City Hollywood and looks like it was taken on a hill overlooking some small sets (I see log cabins, etc.) The next two are different but of the same lot just shifted. He wrote Moving Picture Studios but I dont think that was a film studio title but rather just a description. But are they Universal City again? Im trying to look up images to confirm and didnt see any mention in my grandfathers diary about it.
