Okay..I been ask if Taft Pioneer Cemetery is going to have the Quest again on Community Days...yes and we will have something new this year also for people who wants to attend. The Quest copys will be at Cultural Center. Dont worry our Quest is an on going thing at the Cemetery year round. What I understand we get a lot of schools wanting to know about our history of the Cemetery. We are grateful that young students want to learn the history..for are goal is... to help keep Vandalizen down in all Cemeterys. As you know.. it has to start some where. We as an Cemetery Board are honored that Hatfield Marine Science Center OSU Sea Grant pick our Cemetery to do their Quest which has been going on 2011-2012,2013-2014. Cait Goodwin that does the Quest along the Oregon Coast told me that she has pulled some Quest out in Lincoln City. But kept ours in for we get a lot of hits. :) As I hate to say..this.. as President Im going on 18 yrs serving the Cemetery. They sell the Quest Book in IGA..Cultural Center and down in Newport. So injoy the hunt..for our view is to die for.
