Okay. I did some research, received quite a bit of information, and am going to post here. First, Im going to post all phone numbers Ive found for Zynga. I will also post an e-mail address that I think may be a legitimate contact source. I will also include their headquarters address-snail mail works, too. I am also going to add information to the Better Business Bureau. There have been over a thousand complaints about them in a couple years submitted to BBB, but only about 500 since January. I dont know how many here are willing to take steps to have their voices heard, but the only way to make change happen is by trying. I plan to try and have already begun to do so. But any mail sent to the address above will be forwarded to wherever they move. Better Business Bureau (BBB): bbb.org They received an A+ on BBB, can you BELIEVE that nonsense? We need to change that grade! I stated that Zynga continued to accept payments and continued to charge, even though there was no progress made on the game and they never finished the game. When asked what I wanted for settlement, I answered other, then stated when prompted that I want the game reinstated by zynga or I wanted zynga to sell the game at a reasonable price to another company that would reinstate the game.
