Okay, I have to share. I was at the Dollar General 2 days ago. Minding my own business. Not wearing red or anything. In a pair of olive cargo shorts and a t-shirt that reads Have You Seen My Zombie. This little girl walks up to me and takes me by the hand. She says, Santa, I lost my mommy. I will be good the rest of the year if you help me find her. I looked around and could see her mommy chatting up some guy. Probably not a good person to have around this child. So, I said, Sweetie, I am sure your mom is very near by. She is probably picking you out a special surprise. I am sure she has not left you here. Mom perks up, ditches guy and comes running. She offered me some money. I just told her to spend it on the sweet child. Then, today I was at Wal-mart. I was looking for onion rolls. I was wearing a similar pair of shorts, a tie dyed Tennessee Titans shirt. A little girl runs over and hugs me ... her mom looking on. She takes me by the hand and says, Santa, I want you to see the barbie I want for christmas. I looked at the mom to see if it was okay. She nodded and followed us. So, she is showing me and my phone gets a facebook notification. My notification is this tiny voice saying, Help me I am stuck in your pocket. She asked me if it was one of my elves. I told her she had to think of a name for him and gave her mom my email address so she could send me the name for the elf stuck in my pocket. God blessed me to look like Santa. I am simply reaping the rewards.
