Okay, I need the aid of some of my friends-in-art who have mastered fire-making. Counsel please! How does one make a convincing fire on a 10-foot canvas with India Ink and charcoal? Im about 6 hours into this project, and Im about to ready to fight somebody. As of now, I havent added any white to the image. I will go back in with white acrylic paint to finish the fire. But any advice would be golden. Yes, Im using a source. And the image, titled Pyre, will ultimately be quite gruesome (use your imagination), but for now, the fire is the issue. Its so tricky to create. Its pure, raw energy. Chime in if you have advice. Especially you, JaJa Swinton , the inventor of fire-making in art!
